At Leather Machine Co., Inc's descretion, we shall decide if it is the best interest of both parties to exchange, upgrade, or return the merchandise.

There will be a 10% restocking fee if Leather Machine Co., Inc. agrees to a refund. The consumer must make necessary arrangements to return the merchandise to Leather Machine Co., Inc. Leather Machine Co., Inc. will assist if necessary. If merchandise is damaged in transit, it is the responsibilty of the consumer to cover these expenses. The consumer can file a claim against the freight co. if they choose to.

Shipping:

Leather Machine Co., Inc. uses Freightz.com for all shipping.

If the merchandise is damaged in shipment from Leather Machine Co., Inc. warehouse to the buyer, then Leather Machine Co., Inc. will exchange the merchandise at no charge to the buyer.
